then recently he whistled at me


and i asked him for his number he took mine instead


then he never texted me so we got someone to ask why and he said his phones broke he hasnt got it yet and when he gets his new one he will text me

maybe he is actualy telling the truth, if i were you i wouldnt rely on him texting and if hes telling the truth and he wants to get to know you further you will have a nice surprise when he does get his phone bk, at least that way you wont feel let down by thinkin about it too much.Girls guys advice needed please?
I think that he is playing u, because most of the time, the guys usually want to exchange numbers with u, like u givr him urs and he gives u his, well.... he might be one of those guys that wants to have a one night stand and then say screw u the next time u see him, but that's what I think.
He's playing hard to get, which obviously worked because you initiated the first contact billy.
