ive been talking to this guy for awhile now and last night he invited me out to this party we talked but basically did seperate things the whole night towards the end of the night i saw him kiss another girl i confronted him about it a couple hours later on the phone and he said he was really sorry and just drunk and he likes me and doesnt want to **** anything up

What obligation does he hold towards you? Are you hig girlfriend? If you are just talking to him why is he not allowed to pursue other prospects? He can do what he wants because he has made no promises to be monogomous with you.Guy advice/ guys please answer too?
