I need guy advice, im really confused guys?

I really need some pointers on how to be more confident with guys when im around them i kinda go in my shell i mean i can talk to them but im not my sarcastic easy going girl i am with my family i mean i can make them laugh but i really dont know how exactly how to flirt with them and i need to know how to see some signs on when thay are flirting back. PLEASE HELP! :)I need guy advice, im really confused guys?
Being yourself is the best thing to be. Don't wish to be something that you are not. BE THE STAR THAT YOU ARE! Remember people like you because of the special qualities that you possess. Everyone shares the feelings that you do at one time or another. They are normal. Don't worry about how other people flirt or what they are doing. find some thing hes interested in then make them your interests and then you can talk to him about them as for shyness think of him as someone you know you should feel comfortable around him before you start to flirt talk to your friends near him and just know hes there then whenever you are near him give him some sign you like him for example whenever you pass by look at him and smile let him come to you and if he doesn't then just ask,the worst that could happen is he says no :) hope this helps
Be easy going and approachable, not sarcastic. Well, you can some of the time, but don't make a habit out of it. It just takes a little bit of practice talking to guys and some confidence in yourself. A good flirt would be you saying ';I like your shirt'; and touching them on the arm. Things like that. Guys, they'll smile or they will try to touch you back in some discreet manner.
remember that i am as scared as you are and that if a woman talks to me i am trilled because men are always confronted as being the person who must make the first move, and when it comes to flirting given a guy a simple smile is the best bet and if no guy comes up to you that means he is not interested on you or that he needs more than one look or smile because he needs to build his confidence to approach you.
