i met this guy that i want to get to know better... but on msn i always start the convo first and its really chill once i start it but i dont want to seem to keen, i want him to start the convo! and hes always online at night... right now hes online but i havent started talking to him yet because i dont want to be annoying...

make an excuse to talk to him. ask him about something (you know him better) like if he went somewhere over the weekend. its not annoying for me if a girl talks to me even if she starts the convo every time, just dont try and talk to him more than once or twice a day, after that it could get annoying.
mayb u should try the mysterious approach or something like that so that he starts to miss u. that way he will start the convo instead of u having to do it. give it a try, if that doesnt work i dont know what to do....good luck
will if you see him in person why dont you ask him if he wants to go out and gets some food or somethin then you can ask him all u want.
