it only matters how big it is erect measure it when it is erect ok.
Check with your doctor for sure. If you are over-weight, it will appear smalled than normal too.

If you want to be circumcised do it young that is what my friend who is 38 that just had it done told me. It will not make it any bigger and I know that sucks but you are only 15 so it should grow. I am cut and wish I was never done I didn't have a choice. Make sure that you want it done if you do you can't go back.

Dude, don't get it circumcised unless there is a reason for it. You may want to be uncircumcised later on in life...and if you don't later on, then you can still get circumcised. But you can't get it back once it's cut man.





As for the 1 inch thing...don't sweat it. You are a late bloomer and ain't finished puberty yet. It'll grow dude. Be patient.
